FENSA

FENSA is a Government Authorised Competent Persons Scheme for the replacement of Windows, Doors and Roof Lights in England and Wales. In choosing a FENSA Registered Double Glazing Company the consumer is offered greater protection and a 10 year Insurance Backed Guarantee. FENSA is proof of a job done right. FENSA regularly carries out random inspections of Sash Window Installations.

It is a Legal Requirement to register your sash windows installation with the Local Council. Being FENSA Registered means your chosen company is qualified to do this for you. They will provide a FENSA Certificate as proof of the Quality Installation & Registration.

GGF

The GGF is recognised by government and plays a large part in influencing new standards and regulations, such as The Building Regulations, the rules that govern and control the way our buildings are constructed in the UK.

RISA – Inspections & Auditing

RISA (UKAS Accredited) offer independent and impartial Inspection and Auditing services to the Fenestration and Construction Industries in line with relevant legislation. If your FENSA Registration is chosen for inspection it will be this team of professional that will carry it out.

The Customer Protection Association

Consumers and CPA members benefit from Insurance Backed Guarantees, Deposit Protection Schemes and ongoing member assessments to guarantee quality and service. By becoming a CPA member, tradesmen can prove to consumers that they are no rogue builders, rather they are trusted tradesmen that take pride in a job well done. We only deal with proven and accredited installers and we fully vet them for professional competence and integrity, throughout the life of their membership.

The Construction Industry Certification Scheme

The Construction Industry Certification Scheme (CSCS) provides training and assessments to our team of professionals. The trademark is proof that individuals working on construction sites have the appropriate training and qualifications for the job they do on site. By ensuring the workforce are appropriately qualified the card plays its part in improving standards and safety on UK construction sites. You may notice our installers / surveyors wearing their card upon initial survey. This gives you prof and peace of mind the individual is trained in such criteria such as Health & Safety. It also serves as their identity.

The Environment Agency is a non-departmental public body, established in 1995 and sponsored by the United Kingdom government’s Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, with responsibilities relating to the protection and enhancement of the environment in England. The Glazing Arbitration Scheme (TGAS)

The Glazing Arbitration Scheme (TGAS) offers a simple, hassle-free way to resolve a dispute with a trader over the supply and/or installation of any Glazing product. The Glazing Arbitration Scheme (TGAS) is an independent ADR (alternative dispute resolution) scheme, which is the primary ADR scheme for the Glass & Glazing industry, plus other glazing related and home improvement products. TGAS is operated by a Chartered Trading Standards Institute certified ADR body, the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).
